VAT, Import Taxes & Customs Duties

  • Prices displayed on modifero.com do not include VAT or similar consumption taxes.
  • Depending on the destination country, shipments may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or other local taxes.
  • Such charges are determined by the local authorities of the destination country and are not controlled by Modifero.
  • Any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient, regardless of whether the customer is a private individual (B2C) or a business customer (B2B).

B2C & B2B Customers

Both private and business customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local customs regulations and tax requirements when importing products purchased from modifero.com.

Modifero does not collect or remit destination-country taxes, import VAT, or customs duties on behalf of customers.


Invoices

  • All invoices are issued electronically and are valid without a handwritten signature, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Invoices are made available in the customer account and sent by email after order confirmation.
  • Invoices reflect the transaction value of the goods supplied and do not include destination-country import taxes or duties.
