Modifero supplies aftermarket vehicle conversion and modification products and aims to provide clear, transparent after-sales policies for both private and professional customers.


Returns – General Information

  • Return eligibility and conditions may vary depending on the customer type, destination country, and applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Where applicable by law, private (B2C) customers may have a right of withdrawal within a legally defined period following delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or specially configured products may be excluded from return rights, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

All return requests must be submitted to Modifero customer support and approved before any products are returned.


Returns for Business Customers (B2B)

  • Orders placed by business customers are considered professional purchases.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, returns for B2B orders are generally not accepted once the order has been dispatched.
  • Any exceptions are assessed on a case-by-case basis at Modifero’s discretion.

Warranty

  • Products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal and intended use conditions.
  • Warranty duration, scope, and conditions may vary by product and are specified in the relevant product documentation.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, or installation performed contrary to provided instructions.

Installation & Technical Responsibility

  • Many Modifero products require professional installation due to their technical nature.
  • Issues arising from incorrect installation, incompatible vehicle configurations, or unauthorised modifications are not covered by warranty.
  • Installation manuals and technical documentation are provided to support correct installation and use.

Claims & Support

  • For return requests or warranty claims, customers should contact Modifero support with their order number and a clear description of the issue.
  • Supporting photos, videos, or documentation may be requested to assess claims efficiently.
